Marcus & Millichap, the nation's leading commercial real estate investment sales company, is seeking a full-time talented Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for their San Diego office. This person will be responsible for partnering with the top team within Marcus & Millichap.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Produce proposal and client presentation package - includes complete redesign of marketing packages on an as needed basis – InDesign Necessary
  • Manage/Create/Redesign Email Marketing Campaigns (E-Mails, Flyers, 1 Pagers)
  • Manage and grow the teams social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Graphic Design – Graphs/Graphics/Charts/Aerials – Photoshop / Illustrator
  • Images Manipulation – Making photos look better for packages (Lighting/Color)
  • Brokerage Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Maintain E-Mail List and Schedule Marketing Blasts for listings, closings, call for offers, etc.
  • Maintaining Mnet Pipeline
  • Create listing/sale files and follow listing file checklist to ensure file is in compliance with company established guidelines and closes out file when listing is sold - Filing of Offers, Purchase Agreement, Escrow Documents, DD, etc.. Into organized files (both physical and electronic)
  • Assist with the preparation of Listing Agreements, Contracts, Addendums, Letters of Intent in accordance with company guidelines
  • Manage the team’s listings on CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi etc. to reflect accurate and detailed information
  • Create, maintain and update Database of Property/Owner contacts – this will include generating targeted call lists on a regular basis
  • Microsoft Office (will use excel, outlook and word) 
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work and interact with team members and clients
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must have minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and graphic design principles
  • Must be proficient in InDesign
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Paint, PhotoShop, and Outlook
