Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s leader in commercial real estate investment sales, is seeking a strategic, collaborative and tenacious Recruiter to join its established team in our firm’s Corporate Headquarters in Calabasas, California.
Since our IPO in late 2013, our firm has grown steadily through the recruitment of the best and brightest talent across the commercial real estate industry, both in our corporate office as well as the 80+ brokerage offices throughout the US and Canada.
We are seeking a passionate recruiter with a primary focus on talent acquisition across all Marcus & Millichap corporate divisions, with a potential to recruit investment sales agents and mortgage loan originators.
Our senior leadership team views recruiting as an integral part of their own team, and you will find yourself immersed in each department on a daily basis. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, implementation of processes & procedures, and employing creative strategies to develop and cultivate talent pipelines for critical positions.
