About the Team

You will be joining the Product Quality team at Meesho working on building a world-class and trustworthy shopping experience for Meesho customers. The product quality team works on solving some of the most pressing and unique e-commerce problems for Bharat's shoppers; the Next Half Billion. We are responsible for providing a delightful shopping experience by enabling the users to buy the right product and bridging the gap between user expectations and user experience.

About the Role

As an Associate Business Manager, you will be the guardian of user experience. You will build a long-term vision for product quality charter, ensuring user expectations are met upon product delivery. You will break down the problem into smaller pieces to identify areas to target and develop 10x solutions in collaboration with your team and product, tech, fulfillment, as well as other categories in business.

You will also present findings and updates to the CEO and other senior leaders on a regular basis.

Making impacts with data-backed innovative solutions is key to success in this role. You will work with multiple stakeholders and constantly brainstorm ways to improve processes to raise the bar of experiences for our users.

What you will do

  • The role requires strong quantitative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for customer centricity and business strategy and solid project management skills.
  • Strong performance in this role will gain you visibility and opportunities across different business verticals within the organization.
  • Execute programs to improve experience metrics, driving improvement in NPS or relevant operational metrics.
  • Own a key part of user experience for our customers and drive continuous problem discovery to identify key customer issues.
  • Monitor input and output metric performance and work closely with operations and product teams for quick turnaround on problem-solving.
  • Develop and drive strategic programs to solve and improve experience structurally with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Engage internal stakeholders and Meesho leadership to communicate progress and updates and ensure the success of the programs you own.
  • What you will need

  • Candidates from premier institutes.
  • At least 2 years of experience; preferred in eCommerce, Data Analytics, 3P logistics, Payments, Consulting, or fast-growing startups
  • Excellent data-driven problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of SQL or python is preferred
  • High sense of ownership; ability to lead and execute projects independently
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and work on complex projects
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
