About the Team 

As the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, we play a key role in making Meesho one of the most sought-after e-commerce destinations in India. The CoE (Center of Excellence) team further powers the Talent Acquisition team with everything related to data, systems and processes. As a Manager in our TA team, you will lead this CoE sub-team and help us solve crucial problems in building rocketship and enable leadership to make data-based decisions to propel our Meesho rocketship 🚀.

The role is a blend of high value strategic and high speed ops work with a lot of learning opportunities. We closely work with the Meesho leadership team to understand the business goals and objectives and fine-tune our process/tools to ensure that we achieve them. Data is the oil which runs the TA engine and someone in this role should be well versed with it. We drive various systems related initiatives, decision making, audit and budget. Same is the case for all TA related processes and efficiency mechanisms.

About the Role 

As a Manager in TA COE, you will work with recruitment leadership and Meesho leadership to identify problems in the current process and solutionize to achieve speed and efficiency in recruitment. In this role, you will implement projects around a host of topics like candidate experience, interviewer efficiency, new tools & systems, implementing automation mechanisms, external benchmarking etc.

What you will do

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Manage project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Define TA process, identify tools and analyze data to improve hiring metrics
  • Build extra focus around data sanctity and process adherence around predefined guidelines
  • What you will need

  • MBA in Human Resource Management
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience working in TA COE,  HR Program Management & TA Operations
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and ability to analyze TA data to churn relevant actionable
  • Ability to multitask, think critically and execute tactically Proven track record of finding creative solutions to business problems
  • High on ownership and fast in execution
