About the Team
Meesho’s content commerce team is a 0→1 team that directly contributes to Meesho’s GMV/ NMV. This team works on identifying and scaling opportunities in the creator economy to leverage them for Meesho’s growth. As part of the team, individuals work on exciting new problem statements & contribute to Meesho’s content strategy across various social media platforms.
About the Role
As a member of the Content Commerce team at Meesho—one of India’s fastest‑growing new verticals, you will play a critical role in driving our bold vision: Meesho must become the lion’s share of creator earnings in India.
You’ll help evolve tools like Meesho Creator Club, Video Finds, and Live Shop that democratise monetisation: especially for creators from Tier‑2+ cities. Your work will contribute to Meesho’s broader strategy of accessible, inclusive e‑commerce. What you will do
Own end-to-end problem-solving of your workstreams including ideation & implementationTalk to users to deeply understand their problems and develop business and tech solutions to solve themBe involved in day to day tracking of business critical metrics and setting up full proof processes preempting any roadblocksCollaborate with multiple internal stakeholders from Product, Operations, Business Finance teams to deliver on the defined business objectivesAnalyze trends in Content Commerce and identify levers to unlock opportunities to increase revenueManage and coach a high performing team of associates and managersCommunicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and solutionsWhat you will need
5+ years of total work experience2+ years of experience in management consulting2+ years experience in a hyper growth tech startup in an operational role2+ years experience managing a teamProven problem-solving and project management skillsAn MBA degree will be preferable
