About the Team 

Excited about driving 10X to 100X growth? If yes, then you could be the next Senior Growth Manager of our team. We are the Acquisition & Activation team of Meesho’ Growth unit. We strive to attract and retain new users to Meesho. We pay special attention to our downloads and activations (placing 1st order) on Meesho, because these indicate the success of our solutions. 

We also have a key role in maintaining Meesho’s high position on the Google India Play Store. We are a group of specialists and generalists who work collaboratively with Product, Analytics, Creative and Tech teams. Our shared objective is to drive structured growth for Meesho through marketing channels and converting users through on-app and off-app measures (installs to placing 1st order). And even though most of us started working together in a remote setup, we share a tight bond, have each other’s back and party hard whenever we meet :)

About the Role 

As a Senior Growth Manager, you’ll work in the activation charter (driving installs to 1st order point for Meesho). This will involve identifying and strategising the next set of problems the activation team needs to solve on an ongoing basis (through user research coupled with data). You’ll also lead precision projects across the pod to achieve activation uplift. In addition, you’ll also get to manage the performance of the charter through strict oversight of data (what can/ has gone wrong, correct them, and build an end-to-end perspective).

What you will do

  • Problem Discovery: Identify and StrategiSe the next set of big problems which the activation charter needs to solve This is going to set the roadmap of the pod and effectively unlock new opportunities for activation improvements 
  • Drive Initiatives: Liaise with internal team members and also with Product, Analytics, Creatives, etc., to drive solutions, scale-up, and achieve activation uplift
  • Performance Management: Identify issues which impact activation rates and RCA and drive solutions to maximize number of installs-to-order conversions
  • What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required – MBA is preferable
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Ops /Management with a consulting background
  • Structured problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to take up high ownership
  • Strong bias towards user voice (user research) to understand their problems and solve
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
