About the Ecosystem unit and the Innovation & Incubation team
You’ll be part of the Ecosystem unit that is responsible for helping our customers and partners to build better software faster, while bringing other capabilities into our development platform. We’re working with alliances such as AWS and Siemens to bring modern concepts such as (generative) AI and operational data lakes into our platform.
The Innovation & Incubation team has a strong focus on delivering new capabilities with launching customers and to innovate based actual customer need. The recent focus has been on Generative AI capabilities: from connecting to OpenAI, kickstarting customer development through showcasing different use cases to re-thinking what it means to reshape enterprise app development and business processes by creating AI augmented applications.
About the Mendix Design Community
The Ecosystem Designers are part of the larger Mendix design community that is distributed across several units in Rotterdam, Boston, and Pune, with many UX disciplines. From user experience research and service design to brand and product design, the Mendix design team is filled with creatives focused on elevating the user experience across our products. We are proud to be a diverse team and believe that cross-disciplinary co-creation is the key to our success. Our toolset includes Miro, Figjam and Figma when planning and conducting our work.
