Mitratech is looking for a detail-oriented and organized problem solver to join our Circa customer compliance team. As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting client and state job bank issues, acquiring necessary approvals, and maintaining current accounts to ensure our customers are fully compliant in their federal contractor job postings.

About You

  • You are meticulous with details and enjoy a challenge. You like to work independently on resolving customer issues and ensuring specific rules and standards are followed to maintain compliance and high client satisfaction. You are excellent with time management and pride yourself on staying on top of things.
  • You may have a degree, certificate, or a few years of data entry, B2B customer service, or administrative experience, or the equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.

About the Position

  • You will manage a group of our compliance customers’ state job bank accounts to ensure they are compliant with their job posting regulations. You will troubleshoot any job posting issues that arise. You will work across 56 different state job banks in building relationships and fine-tuning processes to ensure fast and efficient employer account registrations and job postings.

Our Compliance Team:

  • Supports over 56 different state job banks and over 42,000 employer state job bank accounts
  • Works very collaboratively together and strives to always improve relationships and the customer experience
  • Frequently communicates through email and Microsoft Teams

Most days will involve:

  • Reviewing and resolving account issues, escalating as needed
  • Communicating with and maintaining Employer accounts

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Auditing accounts for internal quality assurance
  • Assisting with other projects or tasks within the team as needed
