Job Overview

The Content Management Administrator role requires the candidate to develop and maintain strategies for creating, organizing, and developing processes and their resulting content that enable external and internal knowledge sharing. Candidates should have proven experience working on documentation or writing teams such as technical writing or marketing, or software sales and have worked with engineers, designers, and product managers to achieve success of their initiatives. This role requires a content specialist who is passionate about documentation and the processes that surround it. 

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee the functionality of Success Center website 
  • Create, add, edit, and delete pages, users, user roles, and templates. 
  • Partner with Support, Marketing, and the Business Applications team to learn the knowledge and documentation needs of each department and build useful, reusable content 
  • Targeting a specific set of keywords for all the articles written and published 
  • Analyzes project requirements and proposes technical solutions while collaborating with Marketing teams. 
  • Establishes and maintains a comprehensive understanding of web development to implement new features and functionality. 
  • Test and modify code to ensure consistent display and function on all major devices and browsers. 
  • Perform digital platform administration and ensure high performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS 
  • Provide estimates, documentation, and plan releases for ongoing implementations of new features 
  • Work with debugging tools like Chrome Inspector, etc. 

  Requirements & Skills:  

  • Experience with managing the documentation of processes and knowledge bases 
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS code for web applications not limited to mergers and acquisitions
  • Highly dependable and professional
  • Excellent communication skills; communicate well with others to avoid pitfalls and gain additional support/resources
  • High proficiency or fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of CSS changes and the need for consistent styling across platforms and browsers
  • Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages
  • Problem-solving skills that include complete ownership and the ability to project manage
  • Experience with MindTouch and Salesforce would be helpful but not required 

 Education: 

  • Bachelors in computer science/engineering, Business, or relevant experience required
