Job Overview
The Partner Programs Manager/Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing, and executing programs that support Mitratech Partners. While this role is focused on the enablement of these partners, the scope of responsibilities can and will include other Partner-focused programs. This role partners closely with sales leadership, partner marketing, product marketing, and other cross functional teams to ensure we can deliver value to our partners at scale.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable partner enablement programs that drive partner revenue across the full Partner journey
- Develop materials to effectively communicate the enterprise-wide strategy and progress towards the defined strategic goals including revenue generation.
- Build positive working relationships with strategic partnerships and act as a main point of contact to further enhance partnership success and revenue generation.
- Develop deep business knowledge, experiences, and subject matter expertise from Mitratech to develop rich insights; be perceived as a thought leader/contributor within Mitratech
- Collaborate with product and marketing managers to create go-to-market strategies and supporting sales materials.
- Identify gaps in partner skills and knowledge and develop enablement(/education) solutions to address gaps.
- Define, build, and maintain processes and tools to better measure Partner Growth success.
- Develop and manage enablement content, including presentations, guides, and other resources and sales assets.
- Support the Mitratech Partner program including but not limited to Influence, Value Add, Resell, or In-Service-Of partnerships.
- Contribute to broader cross-functional initiatives beyond core partner enablement, supporting strategic projects that drive overall company goals and partner ecosystem growth.
Requirements & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in project or program management
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics
- Experience using CRM/PRM systems such as Salesforce.com or Impartner
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience utilizing Microsoft and Google office suites.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year university in an applicable field or major or equivalent work experience.
