About The Role
As the Regional Sales Leader, EMEA, you will have ownership of our regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy, aligning Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships to accelerate revenue growth and drive market leadership. You will directly lead the sales organization while also spear-heading the regional leadership team, bringing together all GTM functions to execute a cohesive and high-impact growth strategy.
You will have direct and total accountability over revenue in EMEA. You will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring value delivery to our customers in the region, interfacing and collaborating with leaders who lead global functions in Marketing and Customer Success / Solution Engineering to execute on your vision. You will drive seamless collaboration between teams, acting as the key executive sponsor for our top accounts and an escalation point for any customer issues. Success in this role requires a strong consultative commercial mindset, a passion for high quality customer experience, an inclusive and collaborative cross-functional leadership style, a deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics with connections to the Product, Data, Engineering and Marketing communities.
Responsibilities
- Set and Drive the Vision – Define a clear and compelling vision for Mixpanel in EMEA, aligning all GTM teams around a shared mission and ambitious growth objectives.
- Own the Growth Strategy – Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive ARR growth, expand our market presence, and strengthen customer retention across the region.
- Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team – Directly manage sales leaders while fostering collaboration with Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and other GTM teams, ensuring everyone is moving in unison towards regional success.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration – Run the EMEA leadership team, breaking down silos and ensuring seamless communication and teamwork across all GTM functions (Marketing, Customer Success / Solution Engineering, Partnerships.) You will also play a critical role in engaging and aligning the G&A teams (Finance, Deal Desk, Office Management)
- Drive Operational Excellence – Establish the right metrics, processes, and rhythm of business to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Champion the Customer – Deeply understand the needs of our customers and translate their challenges into impactful solutions that Mixpanel can provide.
- Represent Mixpanel in the Market – Be an ambassador for Mixpanel, engaging with key customers, partners, and industry leaders to elevate our brand and influence.
W're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a regional leadership role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong experience leading and scaling sales teams, with a deep understanding of enterprise and mid-market GTM strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to unite cross-functional teams around a common vision and drive collaboration to achieve ambitious growth goals.
- Deep knowledge of the EMEA market, including cultural nuances, competitive landscape, and customer buying behaviors.
- A data-driven mindset with a strong ability to leverage analytics for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage and inspire teams, customers, and partners.
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building and scaling high-growth businesses and delivering customer value in a high-integrity way.
