Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon. 

We are looking for tech-savvy Reps to join our exclusive team, as we expand into Germany!

Our client's software is designed to expedite the shipping process for online retailers. We provide support to customers with a range of issues from those who may need help to use new features for the first time, or who may have had some difficulty in accessing their account.

Senior support is provided by the client when we escalate most technical and complex issues.

Extensive orientation is provided and you will gain valuable experience and insight into the methods businesses use to ship their products.

This project is ideal if you like to learn and you have a keen interest in eCommerce.

Project Hours:
Monday - Friday
11 pm - 7 am PST
(9 am - 5 pm CET)

Success:
Team members will be provided with extensive orientation, followed by shadowing and ongoing coaching and support to ensure success. 

Expected commitment: 
8-15 hours/week
60 days

What we are looking for:

  • Superb communication skills (German and English)You understand that effective communication is about more than what you say, it’s about taking the time to listen and understand. You can make complicated concepts sound easy, or describe in detail the simplest of interactions.
  • An empathetic desire to help: For you, a new inquiry isn’t just a case to close, but an opportunity to understand someone’s story and make their life better. Our purpose as a company is to help online businesses thrive.
  • Prior customer-facing experience: Whether it was working the cash register at Starbucks or working as an Apple Genius, we like experience working with customers.
  • Flexibility in a changing environment, where you may not have a quick or immediate answer -- you make good choices that serve both the customer and the company, and have the instinct to work with common sense and urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people with a variety of skill sets.
  • ***PRO TIP*** Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!
