The Role: Corporate Onboarding Associate

Your primary focus will be on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and Sanctions control, while also ensuring compliance with broader business objectives such as proposition and consumer duty.

Given the ever-evolving regulatory landscape, we’re looking for someone with a sharp, inquisitive mindset, ready to dive deep into compliance and regulatory matters. In this growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and implement best practices for a market-leading compliance function.

Accurate and thorough in handling compliance documentation, reporting, and identifying areas of risk.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ethical Judgment & Integrity:
High ethical standards with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Organisation & Ownership:
Ability to manage competing tasks and projects effectively, taking ownership of compliance processes.
  • Adaptability & Problem Solving:
Flexible in the face of regulatory or operational change, and proactive in finding solutions.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to identify compliance issues through analytical review.
  • Working knowledge of Dutch financial regulatory frameworks (Wwft, Sanctiewet 1970, Wft).
