To help fuel and manage this growth, we are looking for someone to join our talent acquisition team as a Lead Recruiter, focused on partnering with our Customer Engineering team across EMEA. While we’re growing fast, we’re still very hands-on. You should be a proven day-to-day tactical recruiter, but also be able to provide guidance in the development of the overall recruiting strategy for our hiring efforts. You will be responsible for leading a small team of recruiters and driving success for our market in EMEA. This role reports to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition based in North America. 

This role can be based out of our Dublin, Ireland office or remotely in the EMEA region.

 In this role you will

  • Develop a team that is flexible to quickly respond to the ever-changing priorities, while adapting and applying new and innovative approaches to acquiring talent
  • Lead recruiting delivery in EMEA, including req ownership, TA team development and stakeholder partnerships
  • Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to tailor recruiting strategies based on productivity and success metrics to identify and attract high caliber, diverse candidates
  • Bring strong experience collaborating and consulting with business leaders on both strategic and tactical recruiting plans
  • Mentor a team while increasing our recruiting capabilities
  • Function as subject matter expert on recruiting activities and maintain up to date knowledge of recruiting issues, trends, and employment law

Partner with the internal sourcing team to continue driving productivity and sourcing initiatives/strategies

Our ideal candidate will have

  • 7 plus years of recruiting experience within corporate or a blend of corporate and agency
  • A minimum of 1-2  years of lead experience
  • Experience recruiting within technical, engineering, GTM or pre-sales teams
  • Flexibility to wear many hats and contribute to hiring needs in various locations, time zones, and business units
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with internal business partners at all levels of the organization
  • Highly collaborative, organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Ability to effectively manage and communicate competing priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of the industry and vertical sourcing strategies and tools
