We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented marketer to join our team as a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager for Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will be responsible for both planning and executing integrated marketing strategies with Microsoft Azure and delivering marketing support for the broader Partner ecosystem. This person will work directly with Microsoft Azure, in addition to working cross-functionally with our Sales, Field Marketing, and Events teams, to amplify MongoDB’s voice, footprint, and adoption through partners.

The right candidate for this role is a data and results driven marketer, a team player, and able to roll up your sleeves and get the job done! You also demonstrate MongoDB’s core values such as making it matter, build together and embrace the power of differences. The role will directly report into the Sr. Director, Partner Marketing.

Position Expectations:

  • Develop partner marketing strategies to drive the growth, awareness, and adoption of MongoDB Atlas via Azure Marketplace
  • Plan and execute end-to-end, integrated partner co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams
  • Oversee the development of jointly produced digital content, including web assets, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, etc
  • Identify valuable in-person joint events and provide on-site support in conjunction with the Field Marketing and Events teams
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Industry & Solutions, Sales, Field Marketing, Events, Product, and other partners (Technology, ISV, System Integrators, etc.)
  • Manage inbound and outbound MDF and marketing budgets 

The right candidate for this role will be:

  • Experience with 5+ years of marketing in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Experience with developer marketing a plus
  • Experience communicating across a diverse set of departments, from Field Marketing to Sales to Developer Relations
  • Hyper-organized and capable of juggling all of the data associated with projects and task-tracking
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in creating marketing content

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$84,000$165,000 USD
