As a Country Manager, you will be flexible to travel to other cities for customer visits or support from a business angle when required. The primary roles and responsibilities are strategic sales planning, driving Design In/Win effectively, prompt execution, channel utilization, and leadership. You will work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about technology and driven to succeed. The position will report to the SVP - Worldwide Sales & Marketing. Your role and team will help drive the sales success of Morse Micro’s HaLow technology.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute Morse Micro’s strategic plan for the Chinese and Taiwanese market in alignment with the company's overall objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Chinese and Taiwanese customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and working with the team to develop solutions that meet those needs
- Identify, develop, and nurture emerging accounts and markets
- Driving regular pipeline reviews with the team
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies
- Building and nurturing influential internal relationships with corporate management
- Creatively solving problems to improve Morse Micro’s market penetration and perception
- Provides input into organizational effectiveness to inform optimal structure, skills, and staff needed to execute on strategies
- Represent Morse Micro at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor, wireless communication, or IoT industries, with a proven track record in business development and sales.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese and Taiwanese market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory environment.
- Strong relationships with camera and AP ODM and OEMs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Chinese and English.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities with a history of bringing new technologies to market.
- Team oriented; leverages sales partners abilities appropriately; shares in successes and takes ownership for mistakes or losses.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
