About the position:

The Netskope Data Operations team is looking for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Data Architect, who will help drive data operational excellence. As a member of the Data Operations team, this candidate will be responsible for the integrity, completeness and quality of data within the CRM. This individual will develop and implement data pipelines for capturing, cleansing, and updating data in the CRM.

Netskope’s Go-to-Market (GTM) Data Operations team exists to maintain accurate, actionable, and non-duplicative Account, Lead and Contact data that accurately reflects corporate hierarchies and key data points enabling Sales to better manage Customers and target Prospects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the chief data architect for Netskope GTM, driving all aspects of the automation for data operations pipelines, including owning and creating data warehouses, creating ETL, and determining 3P data sources.
  • Proactively and collaboratively work with Data Specialists on the team to identify and create new data cleansing logic
  • Serve as the key point of contact for Data Enrichment and Cleansing pipelines, and help ensure governance across the CRM data objects
  • Propose ways to implement self-service initiatives to our GTM stakeholders in order to maximize valuable data in the hands of our sellers
  • Propose and implement data governance solutions for the proper management of CRM data
  • Act as a senior member of the data operations team by helping develop and grow data automation, extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) skills within the Data Specialists on the team
  • Collaborate closely with Netskope’s CRM systems team as an a Data Governance SME related to new integrations and system expansions

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of work experience as a technical data steward with a strong background in Data Governance Policies, Processes and Tools
  • 3+ years of work experience extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data in Salesforce
  • Experience in 3rd Party Data Tools (e.g. Zoominfo, D&B, HGInsights) and Data Cleansing Tools (e.g. Ringlead, Demandtools, Openprise)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Objects and their interdependencies
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on building standardized and consistent best practices
  • Understanding of marketing and privacy regulations (e.g. Opt In/Out, GDPR)
  • Proven ability to collaborate well with others and meet deadlines

Preferred: 

  • Deep knowledge and experience of SFDC SOQL language
  • Previous experience creating and managing data enrichment and cleansing pipelines from end to end

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
