About the role

Netskope’s SaaS API Security team designs, develops, enhances and operates Introspection, our large-scale API integration with the top SaaS services, including Box, Dropbox, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce and more. Introspection allows us to see every activity and piece of data in these SaaS services and do real-time analysis on it to provide security risk management for our customers, including data security, access control, threat prevention, data loss prevention, user coaching and more.

What you will be doing
- Develop and maintain the user interface for Netskope's Incident Management (IMS) product line, focusing on intuitive and effective user experiences for Incident Management use cases.
- Collaborate with product management, UX designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack, with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Working with Product Management to understand and define requirements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end and full-stack technologies and methodologies.
- Develop reusable UI components in React/Angular16+, Javascript and HTML5/CCSS3
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
Required skills and experience
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a significant focus on UI development.
- Experience with modern Javascript frameworks (React/Angular16+ preferred).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python) and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of security principles and best practices in web development.
- Working knowledge of git or other version controlling tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred
