About the position:

The licensing operations analyst is responsible for compliant and timely license activation and provisioning. Their responsibilities include executing transactions per documented processes in compliance with SOX controls. Reviewing transaction data, processing and maintaining customer entitlements, conducting research to assist with transactions and contract requirements, as well as offering support/guidance to internal account teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and run reports to identify incoming transactions for processing
  • Track and keep on top of aging orders for action in a timely manner
  • Consistent execution to documented processes
  • Conduct detailed analysis, troubleshoot and solve for process outliers
  • Own and manage discrete, timebound projects through to completion providing clear and regular status updates

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with process management, process operations and license management tools is essential, as an analyst needs to understand license models and software delivery models to fulfill their responsibilities
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in operations including experience working with technology and databases
  • Excel, Slack, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence and G-Suite experience a must
  • Flexibility to support a global team
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree/higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or equivalent
