About the Position:

 

This is a part time employee position of 20 hours per week. Field Marketing is where the rubber meets the road. It’s the strategy and tactics of real-world person-to-person interactions, where new sales opportunities are created and strong partnerships are built. To support our growing team, we’re looking for a highly organized person who can do the hands-on work of managing logistics for our many events.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing Marketing campaigns that drive to specific goals, are measurable, and comprehensive – from digital to live event experience and everything in between    
  • Assist Field Marketing Managers by securing suitable venues for regional events, per event type and budget
  • Manage all supporting logistics for field events, including printing, promotional items, supporting materials, shipping and receiving
  • Manage event scheduling and coordinate participants’ calendars
  • Attend field events when needed
  • Facilitate lead gathering and reporting

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing or hospitality/event management
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup and willing to do more than expected
  • Prior experience in Salesforce CRM and Marketo marketing automation preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Some travel (20%) required
