About the position:

We're looking for a Renewals Operations Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of our most strategic customer renewals. In this role, you'll be working closely with our sales team and other internal departments, working diligently to prepare renewal quotes that precisely reflect current usage and contractual entitlements to ensure Netkope is capturing 100% of the revenue within these accounts. What you'll do:

  • Own the Renewal Quoting Process for Top Customers: Collaborate closely with sales representatives on our largest and most complex renewal opportunities, providing timely renewal quotes based on current usage and entitlement, along with operational support and guidance. 
  • Build Quotes/Analyze Customer Utilization: Build quotes in SFDC CPQ based on analysis and understanding of existing customer data through multiple customer utilization tools.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work cross-functionally with our platform systems team to understand customer utilization. Also collaborate with sales operations and customer success teams to understand entitlements and ensure accurate and compliant renewal quotes.
  • Support Sales Teams: Act as a subject matter expert for the sales team on strategic renewal true-ups, renewal policies, pricing, and operational procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the renewal quoting process and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of renewal opportunities and associated documentation within our CRM and other internal systems.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to renewals operations as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in renewals operations, sales operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, particularly as they relate to software licensing and renewals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong Excel skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products and services is a plus.

 

This role will need to accommodate US based hours (preferably PST).
