Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Operations Associate to drive the effectiveness and growth of our sales development team. This role will focus on building and executing enablement programs that empower sales development representatives with the right tools, training, and processes to accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales development enablement strategies to enhance SDR performance and pipeline generation
- Design and implement training programs, onboarding processes, and continuous learning initiatives for new and existing SDRs
- Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure SDRs have the right messaging, content, and outreach strategies
- Own the development and delivery of sales development playbooks, call scripts, objection handling techniques, and competitive intelligence materials
- Evaluate and implement tools and automation solutions to streamline SDR workflows and increase efficiency
- Work closely with sales managers to identify knowledge gaps and tailor training programs accordingly
- Track and analyze SDR performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and optimize outreach strategies
- Oversee lead generation strategies, pipeline management, and SDR activity reporting
- Optimize outbound and inbound prospecting processes to improve conversion rates and accelerate sales cycles
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development, coaching, and enablement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead routing, territory assignments, and campaign execution processes
- Maintain and optimize sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong), ensuring campaigns, sequences, and templates are up to date and effective
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development, sales enablement, or a related role
- Strong understanding of SDR methodologies, outreach strategies, and best practices
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing SDR performance metrics and optimizing sales development strategies
