The Key Account Executive is responsible for providing support to the assigned marketplace accounts under the Key Accounts (KA) Team. Associates under KA are expected to monitor the marketplace accounts’ overall performance and operational health to ensure that the desired contractual and commercial KPIs are met.
The objective is to maintain a positive relationship with Ninja Van's international clients and cater not only to their day-to-day operational needs but also be a quick-response team that handles situations and escalations as they pop-up.
In addition, Key Account Executives will also be responsible for the following tasks:
-Builds familiarity in the daily needs of the assigned account and make sure they have the data that they need whether it be on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
-Publishes daily reports and provides basic data analysis to internal/external stakeholders, and sub-shippers, where and when applicable.
-Other tasks that may be assigned by the Key Account Lead or Key Account Manager.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of business experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
-With Data and Metrics Interpretation skill
-Experience in Logistics or Ecommerce industry is preferred but not required.
