Responsibilities
Retention Development (50%)Identifying & building strong connections with decision makers based in Vietnam, both VNFF houses and their clients (VN Sellers)Conduct frequent visits to keep posted with VNFF House & VN Sellers business operation in Destination CountriesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersPresented as a bridge in communications to ensure all the conversations are crystal clear & settled. Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyaltyEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCreating automated processes for churn precursors and communicating with customers proactively whenever they’re in danger of churning to prevent support issues, foster customer loyalty, and promote good business relationshipsVolume Development (30%)Coordinate with destination sales team to increase share of wallet of existing Vietnamese sellers by upselling and cross-selling solutions that directly address known customer pain pointsAssist complex commercial negotiations with clients, including drafting and reviewing of contractsLead the design and development of account plans for prospects and existing clients which include pricing and business supportMarket Movement Monitoring (20%)Understand the Vietnamese sellers market, macroeconomic trends, and competitive landscape and provide business recommendations to Ninja Van’s commercial teamsKeep an eye on VNFF house & VN sellers movement in destination countries, anything that happens in: their business orientation, expansion plan, future changesCoordinate with Ideal Customer Profiling, explore solutions to bridge the gap between ideal profile & current VNFF/Seller Profile Requirements
Has 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, consulting, sales, or any related field. Proven record in cross border selling field is a big advantageBA Degree and above, in Marketing, International trade, Business management or related fieldsPersistence & flexibility: Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance. Has the ability to work from a home office located within the assigned territory and travel to visit clients and prospects 70 to 80 percent of the month. Willing to prospect consistently on the phone, in person, and at company-sponsored eventsBusiness acumen & solution selling: Has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets. Can comprehend business issues, operations, and provide quality insight as to how to achieve goals and ensure business successCommunication: Speaks and writes in Vietnamese and in English clearly and articulatelyAdherence to sales excellence: Accustomed to tracking sales behavior and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvement.
