Requirements

  • Minimal from D3 Degree but Fresh graduate are welcome,
  • Have experience min. 1 year or in the same position (familiar with Cargo Receipt and Invoices, Freight and Cargo Claim Administration & Freight Insurance Administration),
  • Basic understanding of Excel and Word required,
  • Finance and Accounting knowledge is advantageous,
  • Good communication skill
  • Detail oriented
  • Passive English skill is required.
  • Responsibilities

  • They will be responsible for several key activities related to billing and invoice compliance, as well as vendor invoice dispute tracking,
  • The admin will work with the operation team performing Third-Party Logistics companies (3PLs) invoice audits/reconciliation, tracking records through the approval process, and preparing, submitting, and collecting freight confirmations & invoices,
  • They will also ensure accurate electronic & hardcopy filing in compliance with the applicable procurement, finance, administrative policies, and regulations.
