Coordination

  • Communicate and coordinate with third party vendors and agent.
  • Prepare accurate consolidated shipping manifests on a daily basis using data from multiple source.
  • Maintain open communication from vendors and clients and perform first level of problem analysis and solutioning
  • Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor lead time and service quality at every leg of the parcel lifecycle and preparing
  • SLA reports for management
  • Compile data for biweekly P&L review and periodic budget preparation
  • Generate and confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills and other related charges
  • Maintain records and generate reports for the management
  • Perform any other administrative duties related to cross border shipping
  • Requirements

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
  • Strong Excel/data analysis and management skills - ideal candidate will be able to showcase demonstrated competence in this area with structured thinking
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of job ownership
  • Adaptable, proactive, and possess a positive attitude and work ethics
  • Able to multi-task and is results-driven
  • Flexible with working hours to meet deadlines for tasks and projects
  • High conscientiousness, client-centricity, and good communication skills
  • Applicants with minimal work experience but possess good academic results with relevant internships, and outstanding co-curricular records are welcomed to apply
  • Preferred

  • Demonstrated experience working with MS Excel to generate insights
  • Previous experience in logistics or 3PL management or similar activities
