Responsibilities
Analyzing patterns in client and market behaviour.Responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, targeted towards existing and new customers.Provides data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize our commercial performance and improve market share.Design and develop commercial plans that include sales plans, pricing, and business support for the products.Work on complex commercial negotiations with our clients, including drafting and reviewing of all contracts and presentations.Independently analyze areas of improvement for client accountsCategorize client wants and needs and employ strategies to address these through NV’s suite of products.Determine the strengths and weaknesses of direct reports to navigate challenges and areas of opportunitySupport commercial areas as and when required alongside the business to ensure overall product success and acceptance of the stakeholders.Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic trends that impact our industryQualifications
At least Diploma / Degree in any fieldAt least 5 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing in a leadership roleExperience in logistics is a huge plusStrong existing working relationships with clientsExperience in e-commerce, account management, operations managementStrategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumenA passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAdept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasksExcellent verbal and written communication and a creative thinker.Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google SuiteSubmit a job application
