Job Description
Plan and execute customer acquisition activities in line with approved budgets and strategic directions, ensuring effectiveness and timely delivery;Analyze the market, track trends and monitor competitor activities to propose effective business strategies and expand the potential customer base;Propose improvements to existing services or develop new offerings based on customer needs, industry trends, and market dynamics;Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and accompanying them throughout their journey with our products/services;Perform other tasks as assigned by the line managerRequirements
Education: Graduated from College or University and above.Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.Preference: Candidates with experience in B2B express delivery, logistics, transportation, or fulfilment are preferred.Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to analyze the market and spot trends. Skills in analyzing, summarizing, and making business reports. Having a good working relationship with current customers.Benefits
