Responsibilities

  • SOP establish (Thiết lập SOP)
  • Collect information/ current process/ proposals/ issues related to SOP needing to be revised or written from the scratch from relevant departments. (Thu thập thông tin/quy trình hiện tại/đề xuất/vấn đề liên quan đến SOP cần chỉnh sửa hoặc viết lại từ đầu từ các bộ phận liên quan.)
  • Synthesize, write, modify SOPs according to collected and provided information (Tổng hợp, viết, sửa đổi SOP theo thông tin thu thập và cung cấp)
  • Project management (Quản lý dự án)
  • Proactively identify and comment on the process that contain potential risk impact to the delivery quality. (Chủ động xác định và nhận xét về quy trình có tiềm ẩn rủi ro ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng giao hàng)
  • Plan project timeline and connect stakeholders to meet the project target (Lập kế hoạch tiến độ dự án và kết nối các bên liên quan để đạt được mục tiêu của dự án)
  • Report to relevant department the progress of project (Báo cáo cho bộ phận liên quan về tiến độ dự án)
  • Other assignments as and when required. (Những nhiệm vụ khác)
  • Process acknowledge (Xác nhận quy trình)
  • Data consoliation (Hợp nhất dữ liệu)
  • Requirements

  • Experience/Skills Required (Kinh nghiệm yêu cầu)
  • Working experience 2 - 3 years in Operation department (Kinh nghiệm làm việc 2 - 3 năm ở bộ phận Vận hành)
  • Education/Qualifications (Học vấn/Bằng cấp)
  • Bachelor's degree, Major in Business/ Economics/ Finance/… (Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh doanh/Kinh tế/Tài chính/...)
  • Core Competencies  (Năng lực cốt lõi)
  • Communication and negotiation skills. (Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán.)
  • Have logical thinking and critical thinking skills (Có tư duy logic và kỹ năng tư duy phản biện)
  • Having adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must (Có kiến ​​thức đầy đủ về Microsoft Office là điều bắt buộc)
  • Working address: Ninja Van Vietnam Office, 307/21 Nguyen Van Troi, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
