The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.

By fostering strategic partnerships with content creators, managing affiliate campaigns and creator communities, and analyzing key metrics, Creator Partnership Management fuels our clients' affiliate sales and brand awareness, ultimately propelling the company's overall growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Source & Recruit Creators: Utilize industry tools and social media to identify creators aligned with client needs and target audiences. Develop targeted outreach strategies to build relationships and secure partnerships.
  • Negotiate & Onboard Talent: Finalize mutually beneficial agreements with selected creators, outlining campaign parameters, compensation, and expectations. This ensures a diverse creator pool to cater to client needs.
  • Maintain & Develop Network: Continuously expand and diversify the creator network through ongoing communication and relationship building. This ensures access to the best talent for future campaigns.
  • Community Building: Leverage social media platforms to build a thriving community of vetted content creators.
  • Engagement & Communication: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the creator community, fostering open communication and knowledge exchange.
  • Matchmaking & Campaign Execution: Act as a bridge between creators and clients, identifying suitable partnerships based on campaign goals and creator expertise. Facilitate seamless campaign execution by coordinating between clients and creators.
  • Develop educational resources: Create and curate educational materials (e.g., workshops, webinars, guides) to equip creators with the knowledge and skills required for successful campaign execution and brand collaboration.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions: Host workshops and training sessions for creators on relevant topics (e.g., platform-specific marketing strategies, content creation best practices, campaign execution guidelines).
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest influencer marketing trends and platform updates to ensure creators and campaigns remain effective.
  • Requirements

  • Influencer Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of current trends, platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Proven ability to identify and recruit high-performing creators, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure partnership agreements.
  • Community Management: Experience fostering strong creator relationships and building collaborative, engaging communities.
  • Content & Performance Management: Ability to develop creator educational resources (workshops, guides) and assess campaign performance through content metrics and analytics.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Public Speaking: Experience (or strong interest in developing skills) in presenting workshops and training sessions for creators.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English to communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
