Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Data Engineers.
  • Drive automation, data infrastructure, and machine learning initiatives.
  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, data marts, and models.
  • Optimize and monitor platforms (Metabase, Redash).
  • Manage data access, query performance, and BI tool usage.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to roll out new workflows.
  • Provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure data quality, conduct code/query reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Requirements

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree with backgrounds in IT, AI, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
  • Experienced in leading and managing team or people development
  • Proven experience in data engineering, automation, and/or machine learning projects.
  • Strong understanding of ETL, data mart, data modeling, data warehouse, CI/CD.
  • Exposure to SDLC or experience collaborating with software development teams is a plus.
  • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Comfortable with Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
