New Business Acquisition & Sales GrowthIdentify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through active prospecting and outreach.Manage lead generation, qualification, and conversion efforts to drive revenue growth.Engage potential clients via calls, meetings, and presentations to pitch value-added logistics solutions.Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and networking events to build strong relationships.Evaluate customer needs, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.Maintain a structured and rigorous follow-up process to engage key decision-makers.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lead management and conversion efforts.
Customer Relationship Management & RetentionAct as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and deliver seamless solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Job Requirement:
Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.Strong negotiation and closing skills with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.Ability to identify market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a high-pressure environment.2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the domestic express parcels transportation or service industry. A progressive and proven track record sales success.Demonstrated customer service experience and excellent negotiation skills.Experience of logistics sales preferredBachelor's degree is a mustExcellent communication skills, spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
