Job Responsibility :
Directly contribute to the assigned territory's revenue and objectives, ensuring the delivery of growth rates that enhance market share at planned levels in alignment with country targetsProvide effective leadership to designated sales channels and drive continuous improvement through regionally harmonized processes and proceduresConduct joint sales calls, supporting and guiding sales teams in the development of customer strategies to secure competitor businessIdentify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visitsVisit clients regularly to present products/services and close dealsAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsMaintain and expand customer base in the assigned territoryBuild long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat businessProvide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales managerRequirement:
Diploma or degree 2-3 years’ experience leading sales processes and people at multiple levels.Candidate required to travelExperience in Field sales process management, Sales performance management, coaching, and mentoringProven experience in field sales or a similar roleStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and target-drivenAbility to work independently and travel frequentlyGood knowledge of the local market
