Responsibilities

  • Engaging Customers (60%)
  • Adhering to a high standard of professionalism representing the company to build rapport and relationship with customers
  • Initiating conversation with customers over Zalo chat or phone call or a physical visit
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the relationship going
  • Gathering and documenting customer information like how much they pay for their inventory, from whom and how much they sell
  • Direct customers to the relevant parties if they have any questions or if there’s a potential sale
  • Meeting project quotas
  • Data management (20%)
  • Cleaning up data to a specific required format after gathering information from customers
  • Uploading it into systems and troubleshooting
  • Ad-hoc projects (20%)
  • Work on ad-hoc projects occasionally

    • Requirements

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. spreadsheets) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
  • Native in Vietnamese
  • Some proficiency in English
