1.面向客户,在规定时效内,提供物流订单过程中问题的精准查询与及时解答;
2.收集并整理客户的问题或投诉,及时提交相关团队跟进,协助内部团队获取答案或解决方法并反馈;
3.定期汇总客户查询信息和投诉个案,,协助梳理与优化客户服务标准并实施,提高工作质量和服务标准;
4.跨部门沟通与合作,强化与客户的沟通,同时完善与优化内部流程,优化客户体验;
5.对接内外部需求,协助跨境电商客户运营相关项目的推进;


任职要求:
1.物流管理、国际贸易、商务英语或相关专业,大专以上学历优先;
2.具备1-2年跨境电商物流或电商客服操作经验;
3.熟悉办公软件操作,了解客服工单系统操作及Google Suite者优先;
4.具备良好的英语沟通水平;
5.乐观开朗,积极主动,有责任心,具备良好的客户服务意识及团队精神;
6.具备较强的应变能力.协调能力和沟通能力,能独立处理紧急问题,和具备同时处理多个问题的能力;
工作时间:排班轮休,月休8天,9:30AM-18:30PM
