About the role:

This role focuses on supporting designers and researchers with the logistical aspects of qualitative/quantitative research, and usability testing. This role aims to streamline the research process, from participant recruitment to scheduling, allowing our team to focus more on generating insights and designing solutions. The main goal of this position is to enhance the efficiency of research activities, enabling faster learning and more informed decision-making for the business. This support function is essential for maintaining high-quality and ethically conducted research, ensuring our product development remains user-centered and impactful.

Role and responsibilities

  • Participant Recruitment and Management: Develop and maintain a database of research participants for multiple products and business lines.Screen and recruit participants based on project criteria.Schedule research sessions and send reminders to participants.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange logistics for research sessions, including virtual meeting setups or physical locations. Ensure all necessary tools and materials are available and set up for sessions.Manage the distribution of incentives to research participants.
  • Supporting Research Analysis: Assist Senior Researchers in collating and organizing data from research sessions.Assist Senior Researchers in data analysis and producing research insights. Provide logistical support during the analysis phase, such as transcribing sessions or managing data files.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for research protocols and findings.Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards and privacy regulations.
  • Research Tools and Software Management: Administer research tools and platforms, ensuring all team members have access to necessary software.Stay updated on new research tools and software that could improve efficiency or outcomes.
  • Requirements

  • 1-2 years hand-on experience of supporting and participating in research projects.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail in planning and documentation.
  • Effective communication abilities to coordinate with participants, team members, and stakeholders.Proficiency in drafting recruitment messages and other research-related communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with research participants and build a pool of willing participants.
  • Sensitivity to participants' needs and confidentiality concerns.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve logistical issues related to research sessions.
  • Creativity in finding solutions to recruit and retain participants.
