Requierements,

  • Bachelor’s degree from Management, Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the logistic/supply chain industry
  • Proven success in working within dynamic and complex environments
  • A data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable Insights.
  • Curious and have strong project management skills in order to lead strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Basic knowledge for automation/SQL/Python or analytics tools Tableau/Datastudio/PowerBI etc is a plus

    • Responsibilities,

  • Responsible for the full end to end operation Service Level Completion / Lead Time / SLADrive overall operation performance review, assessing, developing, and refining the overall network planning
  • Drive optimization project for efficiency and facility expnsion
  • Provide support in developing seasonal demand forecasts by improving accuracy and identify opportunities for ops
  • Travel throughout nation (if needed) in order to supports business decisions also creating project improvement to reduce lead time
