The Digital Services team is dedicated to empowering e-commerce sellers with innovative digital tools that automate and streamline the e-commerce process. Our solutions integrate seamlessly with our delivery services, offering an unparalleled end-to-end solution in the market.

We are on the hunt for a Product Management Intern to bring fresh ideas and energy to our team. This role will directly support our Product Management team, playing a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research, design, and development of new product features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product initiatives.
  • Help manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on impact and business objectives.
  • Participate in user testing sessions, gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Support the creation of product documentation and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A passion for technology, with a keen interest in the tech and logistics industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • A creative thinker with a detail-oriented approach to work.
