The Sales Automation team is the heart of the Ninja Van’s commercial organization. You will lead the ongoing development, implementation, adoption and optimization of our Salesforce CRM. You will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvements to our CRM. On top of that, you will also be responsible for driving the critical push for adoption. This will involve liaising with stakeholders of all levels to achieve our objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the roadmap for Salesforce CRM development, release deployment and driving adoption, juggling both company and commercial stakeholders’ priorities
  • Take ownership in driving new feature development through every stage of the product life cycle using validated agile methodologies
  • Monitor and track feedback to help in the prioritization of development projects
  • Scope, evaluate, and complete development requests while advising stakeholders on the technical requirements and timelines required
  • Create sign off docs, conduct SITs and UATs, maintain test scripts for all deployments
  • Project manage technical integrations across various internal and external systems, providing clear requirements to developers to meet deployment deadlines
  • Validate projects after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements and drive maintenance and problem resolution, as required
  • Execute change management effectively with every Salesforce release
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce by organizing a variety of adoption campaigns
  • Coordinate with local sales ops and maintain excellent relationships with key influencers to achieve success
  • Develop a scalable training plan for Salesforce, curate training decks and conduct trainings and refreshers to grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Act as product champion and establish valuable relationships with key partners
  • Design and implement Salesforce workflows to accommodate Sales processes in a bid to eliminate as many Google sheets as possible
  • Implement complex automations to streamline business processes
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and conduct periodic data backups
  • Full responsibility for all administrative functions including user account maintenance, managing roles and profiles, creating reports and dashboards, other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Maintain excellent documentation for all changes to Salesforce
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 3-5 years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified. Other Salesforce Certifications will be a bonus
  • Experience in using Approvals, Process Builder, Workflow, Flow Builder, Data Loader and building Custom objects
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce capabilities in a B2B sales and marketing process
  • Aptitude with Agile/SCRUM
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to working across geographies, teams and individuals of different cultures
  • Experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is highly advantageous
