Key Accountabilities:

  • Updating and managing the inventory databases;
  • Creating, processing, and facilitating store orders;
  • Working with account managers and the fulfillment team to solve merchandising issues;
  • Creating and improving sales operations and processes;
  • Tracking sales performance across the network;
  • Analyze sales performance and provide insight.

    • Key Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Data Analysis roles;
  • Experience working in retail, logistics, e-commerce, or FMCG industries is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data visualization);
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets;
  • Good command of English in both written and verbal communication.
