Key Accountabilities
1. Monitor the daily operations of Satellite Hubs, including communication, monitoring operation timeliness, ensuring quality, and maintaining the Hub's operations SOP.
2.Monitor Satellite hubs pickup job and pickup timeliness ,quality Data Entry into 4PL/G sheets.
3.Monitor Satellite hubs Operating Cost Per Parcel. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews of vendors.
4.To define 5S scorecard that’s seek to eliminate waste and standardization of activities To setup monthly audit for all warehouses in CN Ensure all SOPs are documented.
5.Handle other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Key Requirements
1.Diploma and above,Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Business Degree preferred
2.Effective communication and coordination skills, down-to-earth and hard-working attitude, good adaptability, and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
3. Proficient in using various office software (Excel, PPT, Word).
