We are looking for a driven and resourceful Senior Business Development Executive who thrives on building and growing strategic relationships with big brands. This role is ideal for someone with experience in ecommerce, logistics, FMCG/F&B, or distribution,who understands howt oidentify opportunities, drive business growth, and develop long-term key accounts.

You’ll be responsible for both business development (generating new revenue, proposing newsolutions, identifying market gaps) and working closely with top-tier clients to deepen partnerships and scale revenue.

Job Responsibility:

  • Business Development 
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities, particularly large brands or distributors in ecommerce, F&B, FMCG, or logistics.
  • Propose creative and scalable solutions tailored to each client’s business model and needs.  Work cross-functionally to bring new revenue ideas to lifefrom ideation to execution.
  • Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

  • Sales & Relationship Management
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, to closing.  Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across accounts.
  • Regularly track and report on revenue, pipeline, and key account performance
  • Job requirement

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, ideally within ecommerce, logistics, FMCG/F&B, or distribution industries.
  • Strong understanding of client operations and needs in one or more of the target industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating new revenue, closing deals, or managing strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and commercially minded.
