Requirements
5-7 years of experience as a salesProven background in working with 4PL & 3PL international logistics companiesExperienced in LTL, Road Logistics Sales with Customer NetworksMinimum Bachelor’s degree of all majorStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageousA self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new businessExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skillsProactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groupsStrong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environmentStrong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and InfluencingHands- on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt.
