This position will be responsible for building and managing the Marketing channels (Facebook, Youtube, TikTok etc).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop engaging content to educate the community on the product and post them on Marketing Channels, which includes translating and localizing marketing content from Vietnamese to English/Tagalog
  • Actively monitor social media channels to interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner, and cultivate a positive community atmosphere
  • Organize online and offline events to educate the community about the product, and generate leads for sales team
  • Identify and collaborate with suitable KOLs to create relevant marketing content and promote the product
  • Review content created by influencers
  • Track performance of influencers’ content and analyze effectiveness of content
  • Track performance of marketing channels
  • Other support where required
  • Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management and community building
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Have experience building partnerships and worked KOLs before
  • Passion for building meaningful connections and fostering community engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling is a plus.
  • Experience launching a product in a new market is a plus
