1.Account-manage key account shippers on daily operations to ensure good service experience (smooth handover of parcels, SLA monitoring, compensations, remittance, billings) 
2.Set up of standard procedures for team to engage key accounts (e.g. Monthly business reviews, review schedules, meeting templates)
3.Training and engagement of team to improve their ability to work with key accounts
4.Monitor and independently improve customer experience and satisfaction by driving initiations Make recommendations to Cross border and Countries to change a product based on shippers’ feedback and market conditions
5.Support Head of CE to pilot China dedicated tools & company system such as CSO ticket system, FSR,B2B system, WMS etc.
6.Manage the project requirements of each key account customer, such as technical product iteration, new service launch, existing service upgrade and optimization
7.Review and reporting of all key shipper accounts to management (including Hd of CE, Hd of Sales, Hd of Commercial, Country managers etc)

Key Requirements
1.Previous experience in logistics or 3PL/ecommerce, project experience, mkt place platform operation management or similar activities advantageous, 0-1 team build up experience
2.College Degree or above, in Business Management, Communications, Logistics Management, International Economic and Trade etc.
3.Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of job ownershipAdaptable, proactive, and possess a positive attitude and work ethics.Able to multi-task and is results-drivenWith risk identification and managementFlexible with working hours to meet deadlines for tasks and projectsStrong and engaging communication and negotiation skillsData oriented approach to problem solving
