About our Team
The New Business Units (NBU) division comprises of some of the most exciting and enterprising teams at Ninja Van. Building on Ninja Van’s existing capabilities, we experiment with new ideas to develop innovative products and services that enhance our core business and help us serve our clients, partners and end-customers better.

The Operations Officer shall support the B2B Operations Manager with daily process transactions and ensure group KPI and KRAs are met or exceeded. 

Main Duties

  • Ensure accurate, timely and effective booking management (Pick up and Delivery)
  • Maintain a very effective Delivery ageing and monitoring system ( Both shipment and tracking ID level)
  • Ensure truck logs compliance are within standard and maintained
  • Ensure operational concerns are escalated or resolved timely; working with cross functional units
  • Maintain efficient communication within internal NV stakeholders
  • Ensure all deliveries are routed with proper tracking or shipment IDs
  • Maintain accurate monitoring of return to shipper parcels
  • Ensure accurate billing shipper data and prompt submission
  • Maintain high level of integrity on petty cash management
  • Maintain accurate fleet employee time logs
  • Support B2B Operations Manager with other daily operational requirements.
  • Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in college, Bachelor Degree holder is an advantage
  • 3-5 years cumulative work experience in the Service Industry or Logistics and Supply Chain Industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the team lead role
  • Above average proficiency in MS Excel or GSheet
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Basic Understanding of Google Suite (GDocs/Gsheet) or equivalent application
  • Computing Skills
  • Willing to work in a warehouse
