We are looking for a self-motivated Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial support, analysis and control of the Estonian part of Nortal management reporting, including participation in budget and forecasts preparation. You will be a part of the Group’s Finance department but closely work with the Estonian delivery organization. Join us in making the world more seamless.
Position Responsibilities:
Being a finance partner for the regional Estonian leadership teamSupporting delivery and finance organization in forecasting and budgeting processFinancial analysis and control of project budgets, forecast and actual resultsValidation of monthly revenue recognition amounts based on stage of completeness principlesAnalysis and control of costCompiling reports both required for routine or one-time usageVerification correctness of initial data required for forecasting and cost allocationTraining project managers in the field of reporting requirementsParticipation in monthly closing proceduresProviding project financial information to the Company auditorParticipation in the development and improvement of management reporting and related IT applicationsDealing with other tasks that can come from regular cause of businessRequirements:
3 years’ overall combined experience in finance, reporting, accounting or similarMaster’s degree in finance, economics or similarVery good verbal and written Estonian and English language skills, German or Russian would be considered as an advantageOrganizational skills Training skillsAbility to communicate with senior management Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in reporting software and other IT applications and toolsExperience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting Ability to work in an international team as well as aloneSelf-motivation and wiliness to learnOpenness for changesAve Arras
