Marketing Program Manager
 
Nortal is a global, software consultancy specializing in modern custom software development.  We employ CI/CD processes across agile, distributed teams delivering highly-performant, scalable, cloud-native applications for Fortune 100 customers.  We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to support our growth with the following efforts:

PARTNER MARKETING
 
Assist with go-to-market (GTM) plans and partnership marketing roadmaps, in collaboration with numerous internal and external key stakeholders. Communicate frequently with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide regular updates on the state of business.
Use internal partner platforms and systems to maintain a highly visible outlook of Nortal’s partnership with cloud service providers. Work with sales on closed accounts to properly reflect sales pipeline in partner portals.
Work with partners and vendors to manage partner-facing conferences globally and virtually.
 Coordinate creative and material (e.g. company giveaways, internal attendees, presentations, and social media campaigns) as  needed.
 Work with cloud partners to schedule, plan and execute broader local virtual/events.
Proactively engage Nortal’s software development teams to produce client case studies, and other ad-hoc content.

DIGITAL MARKETING AND CONTENT

Run day-to-day activities in social networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Meetup)
Develop and maintain a content pipeline and social media editorial calendar aligned Marketing, Partnership, and Sales Management goals.
Organize, write and edit content for Nortal US’ external newsletters.
Create and maintain social media, podcast, and newsletter monthly metrics reports.
Create short-form web copy and make basic edits as needed.
Content creation support in planning, ideation, drafting, editing, and execution (blog, email, slide decks etc.) 
Podcast ideation, strategy, editing/producing, scheduling, advertising (social and paid), and final execution.

EMPLOYER BRANDING 

Facilitate messaging alignment with internal global marketing teams. 
Run day-to-day internal activities in social networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Slack and Teams)
Develop and maintain an internal content pipeline and social media editorial for employee spotlight series.
Organize, write and edit content for Nortal US’ internal bi-weekly newsletters via a marketing automation system (MAS).
Schedule Talent Acquisition email campaigns as needed.
Project based needs requested from Talent Acquisition and Human Resources for internal initiatives, globally and locally. 
Collaborate with software developers and Human Resources to execute on local charitable initiatives. 
Work with the events team to ideate, design, message and execute on employee engagement events locally.
Ideate, research, and source gifting items for different stakeholders and events (Sales, Talent Acquisition, internal employees, holidays, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
5 - 8 years of experience
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Experience with social media strategy, platforms, and analytics
Talented writer with the ability to consolidate complex concepts into clear, concise and engaging messages.
Effective communications skills and use of productivity tools
Project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Attention to detail, creative and organizational skills
