Join Nortal as a Project Manager to deliver electronic identity certification solutions in Estonia. You are responsible for delivering projects which are related to different ways how to identify and authenticate persons electronic identity online. For example digital signature, x-road ecosystem, mobile application for digital signatures & encryption etc. Everything that we as Estonians take for granted and can´t image our lives without. Considering the majority of projects and years of constant development, you have the opportunity to work with the most experienced electronic identity team in Estonia. And as you know, Estonia is the most experienced in the world!

Your main focus is:

  • To be an Agile facilitator for the whole project
  • Lead the team of ten skilled and qualified specialists in the electronic identity certification team
  • Work closely with our client and be a trustworthy discussion partner
  • Take ownership and full responsibility for designated project success
  • Manage stakeholders' communication

    • We would be excited if you have several of the following:

  • Have a strong track record in leading IT and change projects as Project Manager
  • You „talk IT“ and and have an agile coach mindset
  • Have ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals
  • Have excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Possess native level Estonian and fluent level English skills

  • Our talented Project Managers from other projects
