About the opportunity

We are looking for a Business Manager – Group Treasury to support the Head of Treasury across strategic projects, operational excellence, and cross-functional initiatives. You’ll work at the centre of a dynamic, fast-paced environment—bringing structure, driving improvements, and enabling smarter decision-making.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Head of Treasury and the Treasury team in implementing strategic initiatives across process design, documentation, and operational improvement.
  • Organise and maintain all core processes, standard operating procedures, policies, and documentation—ensuring they are regularly reviewed and kept up to date.
  • Act as a central coordination point for documentation management, facilitating structured review cycles and stakeholder alignment.
  • Review existing processes, conduct gap analyses, and project manage initiatives to close identified gaps.
  • Take ownership of Treasury NPPs, supporting with documentation, approvals, and implementation tracking.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and prepare presentations, summaries, and documentation to support decision-making.
  • Run and interpret reports to support operational efficiency and data-informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to key initiatives, including IT onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, and cross-functional process improvements.
  • Coordinate ad hoc data and reporting requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and other departments to support alignment on shared initiatives.

What you need to be successful:

Background

  • Proven experience in business management, operations, project coordination, or a similar support role in a fast-paced environment.
    Experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated environment is a plus but not essential.
    Demonstrated involvement in process improvement, documentation management, or internal control initiatives.
    Exposure to working with large volumes of information, data, or cross-functional projects.

Skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on consistency and quality.
  • Ability to quickly absorb and structure complex information from multiple sources.
  • Skilled in running and interpreting reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confident preparing clear, well-structured documentation and presentations for internal use.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and collaboration tools.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple streams of work independently.
